Nicole Franklin has spent a career in documentaries, shorts and theatre. Nicole is a filmmaker who explores African American subjects often not covered in cinema.
TITLE VII, is her first narrative feature as writer/director.
Nicole was sent the book Within The Walls by author Daisy M. Jenkins, and the story immediately brought flashbacks of my experience with same-race discrimination in the office. Although it is not quite taboo, there definitely may be some secrets exposed as co-screenwriter Craig T. Williams and Nicole present the story of a self-hating higher up who wreaks havoc when the mere presence of the new female hire commits the ultimate sin of reminding him of his color.
Live tonight at 7:00 p.m. Eastern/4:00 p.m. Pacific, Nicole and two of the stars of the film, Chicava HoneyChild and Maria Pusateri will be live on our show.

Business – Whether your goal is to increase employee retention, increase employee productivity, increase sales, or raise moral in the office. My custom message for businesses will help your most valuable resource (your people) identify the two most important things they need to know in order to help themselves, and your company reach it’s full potential.
Marriage and Family – If you are an organization with a lot of married men or fathers, and you see the value of building them up. Then my messages about “Escaping Workaholism”, and “Decision Making” is just what you need.
Faith Based Groups – Sometimes a new voice with a similar message is just what you need to help strenghten and encourage your flock. As a Christian Minister I truly understand the power of Faith and it’s ability to transform people from what they’ve been taught to believe about themselves, to knowing who God says they are. My message of “Homeless To Homeowner In Under 90 Days” is just what your group needs to hear.
