– What makes Pantages a great place for a wedding
– The story behind the success of the wedding open house
– Areas of opportunity for Pantages in the future
– How did Sheryl get into the wedding planning market
– The biggest challenge in the hotel industry in Toronto
– some of the great features of the Pantages and Cosmopolitan hotels
– What keeps Carrie at the hotel after being there for ten years
– The future for the hotel
– How and why men are getting more involved in wedding planning (Sheryl)
– The questions that Sheryl asks potential clients
