Chris Williams received his BS in Mass Communications with a focus in Print Journalism from Virginia Commonwealth University in 2006.
For the past four in a half years, Chris has been a freelance writer for various national and international publications such as the National Newspaper Publishers Association (NNPA), The Huffington Post, EBONY Magazine, The Atlantic Magazine, Wax Poetics Magazine, and AOL Music. He has been interviewed by BBC Radio One in London, UK for my entertainment writing with SoulCulture Magazine, the Ask, Talk, & Listen Radio Show, a nationally syndicated radio program distributed by the American Urban Radio Networks (AURN) and WPB Radio station in Baltimore, MD for his political writing with The Huffington Post.

Coordinating committee member Gloria Small-Clark, describes Cuttin’ Style as “an appropriate celebration of Trinidad and Tobago’s 51 to offer.”
The show will feature internationally acclaimed designers Delia Alleyne (Tobago), Zadd & Eastman (Trinidad), Robert Young, The Cloth (Trinidad), Cassie Daniel, Yesa Designs (Tobago), Cherith Burke (Toronto) and Claudia Pegus (Trinidad), owner of the exclusive niche market design/Production Company and her own private label.
The creative director of the show, Richard Young is well versed in fashion. He has produced fashion, beauty and arts-related events from the Bahamas in the Greater Antilles to Barbados in the Lesser Antilles to Guyana in the South Americas, with North-American stints in Miami, New York, Toronto and Montreal. He is also brother to the aforementioned designer, Robert Young.
Appropriate to her brand, Claudia operates a closed-door retail store, important to establishing her permanence to her target market. Having been recognised as one of the top female owned export companies in Trinidad and Tobago, Claudia’s insightful use of strategic regional and international alliances has rewarded her with penetration and worldwide popularity she enjoys today.
