Black and Bold Voices™: The Power of Perception – Black Men and the Media
On Saturday, September 27, 2014, the premier episode of Black and Bold Voices™, an online quarterly conversation that features black men from around the world and the issues that unite, was broadcast.
The panelists for first episode of Black and Bold Voices™ were: global thought-leader Gregory Walker, Creative Director, The Brothers Network, B.O.L.D members Joshua Rivers and Richard Taylor, both award-winning authors.
The two questions that the panel discussed were:
1. Are black males responsible for any part of their negative perception and how can black men improve their media coverage and public perception?
2. Why aren’t black men in large numbers producing content and telling their stories?
The discussion was hosted by Dr. Vibe.
To celebrate the launch of Black and Bold Voices™, Techbook Online has released TABS 5.
