After Vaughn led his 150th men’s workshop in 2013, his focus shifted to teaching men of all ages the skills to communicate effectively, lead more purposeful lives, and become more balanced both at work and at home.
His award-winning work with men and at-risk boys has led to the foundation of the Global Center for Healthy Masculinities. Vaughn provides workshops for groups of men, schools, and college administrators. Vaughn works with a select group of highly committed men each semester in the EmpowerMentorship Institute.
As seen on CNN Live, CBS “Texans With Character,” and in the LA Weekly, Dale’s work with men’s groups has received multiple Best of LA awards, the M Award for service and leadership from his alma mater SMU, and millions of visits on The Good Men Project.
After walking the 500 mile pilgrimage to Santiago de Compostela and surviving the run with the bulls in Pamplona, Dale dedicated the rest of his life to teaching leadership to men, starting with self-development. Dale founded NextGent.com and began leading a weekly personal transformation workshop for men, helping men to such radical change that the Moving Men’s Group earned a Best of LA award in 2012.
