His network of high achievers is comprised of astronauts, millionaires, U.S. Congressional officials, FBI agents, famous celebrities, former NBA & NFL players, doctors, authors, senior executives, and national business moguls. Dr. Moss has had personal encounters with leading self-help gurus such as Dr. Wayne Dyer, Les Brown, John C. Maxwell, Farrah Gray, and George Fraser. From high-profile network, Dr. Moss has learned amazing success principles and he is committed to studying the attributes of high performance and happiness from the world’s top experts.
Not only does Dr. Moss study success as a social scientist, but he attains it as well. He began to put his knowledge into practice by achieving extraordinary success at a considerably young age. He wrote a dynamic career development book entitled Learn to Intern CEO Style to help students land jobs in this tough global economy. Through extensive research and professional experience from interning with NASA, the FBI, and in the U.S. Congress with the late-Congresswoman Stephanie Tubbs-Jones on Capitol Hill, Dr. Moss developed 71 amazing leadership principles. Dr. Moss is also the CEO and Founder of CEO Style Consulting, LLC. The mission of this company is to empower professionals and organizations to reach their full potential. Through his company and memberships with the: Great Black Speakers Bureau, Inspiring Speakers Bureau, and NASA Speakers Bureau, Dr. Moss delivers empowerment keynote addresses, conducts training workshops, and offers consulting services.
Because Dr. Moss loves to volunteer and give back to his community, he became Founder and Executive Director of Community Healers Acknowledging Needs Goals and Expectations — C.H.A.N.G.E. Volunteers, Inc. in 2006. As a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization, the mission of C.H.A.N.G.E. is to develop and empower its members and various community residents through consistent volunteer initiatives, professional workshops, educational conferences, and team building programs.
Dr. Moss obtained a Bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice, with a minor in Psychology, from Baldwin Wallace University (2005). He subsequently earned a Master’s degree in Public Administration, with a focus on General Management, from Cleveland State University’s (CSU) Maxine Goodman Levin College of Urban Affairs (2007). More recently, Dr. Moss graduated from CSU’s Urban Studies and Public Affairs Ph.D. program, with a concentration in Leadership (2011). He made history by being the youngest African-American male to complete this highly regarded program at Cleveland State University.
Over the last several years Dr. Moss has received the following honors and recognition: The Positive Plus Women’s Support Group Distinguished Gentlemen Award (2012), The National Technical Association Cleveland Chapter Nsoroma Star Leader Award (2011), featured by AT&T as 1 of their top 28 National Movers & Shakers for Black History Month (2010), and inducted into the Pi Alpha Alpha National Honor Society for Public Administration and Public Affairs (2009).
